 Execution has long been a common punishment among human

societies, and these punishments have also been used in Islam. Our goal in this article is to prove by stating the cases of the use of the death penalty in Islamic jurisprudence that the Islamic legislator, in explaining and explaining such punishments, aimed to create fear and terror in criminals and, using religious and Sharia beliefs, encouraged his followers to pardon and indulge in criminals who are sentenced to death, and also did not reassure criminals or criminals so that they could confess to unseemly and unacceptable acts without fear and terror of the severe death penalty.
