Abstract :
Environmental litigation is considered a key tool for ensuring environmental justice and protecting human rights. By creating appropriate legal and judicial mechanisms, these proceedings can help preserve a healthy environment and secure the rights of future generations. In fact, the main concern of this research is to answer the question of how different levels of environmental litigation play their role in the continuation and preservation of a healthy environment and collective human rights. The present article was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and available library resources. Based on the research findings, it seems that multi-level litigation in environmental lawsuits, through the creation of appropriate legal and judicial mechanisms, can help preserve a healthy environment and secure collective human rights. These proceedings, through effective interaction between national and international levels, can lead to improved protection policies, increased public awareness of environmental rights, and strengthened accountability of countries and institutions in response to environmental crises. Different levels of environmental proceedings, including national, regional, and international proceedings, can help improve the quality of environmental litigation by creating diverse legal frameworks and judicial procedures. These different levels allow judicial institutions to make more effective decisions, proportionate to the subject matter and the severity of environmental damage.
