Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between accountability and the adaptability and work quality of Bank Mellat employees in Tehran, which was carried out using a quantitative method of correlation. The target population of the research included 80 experts from the central independent branch of Bank Mellat in Tehran in the spring of 1403, and 50 experts of the bank were selected by non-random sampling of the targeted type. The tools used in this research included three questionnaires of Nemati's responsibility, Walton's work quality and Spanier's adaptability. In this research, the data analysis method of regression method and Shapiro-Wilk test was used. The results of this research showed that there is a positive and significant effect between responsibility and adaptability among the employees of Bank Mellat in Tehran. In explaining this finding, it can be said that responsibility is important nowadays and working in financial institutions and banks requires a sense of cooperation, duty and commitment, and increasing these factors reduces anxiety, high social performance, and adaptability and tolerance of failure increases and depression decreases. Therefore, it is logical that bank employees who have more responsibility have a higher level of compatibility, but there is no significant relationship between responsibility and the quality of work of Bank Mellat employees in Tehran.
