Investigating the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Productivity and Innovation Mediating Role in General Office of Education in Zanjan Province

Abstract :
O ne of the requirements of today's competitive world is to increase the productivity of the organization in the shortest time and with the lowest cost, with the goal of maximizing returns. In this regard, various methods are used, including the design of modern management techniques and organizational innovations. This research, using descriptive-analytic method, investigates the role of knowledge management on productivity with the intermediate role of innovation in the General Departmant Of Education in Zanjan province. The statistical population includes employees of the General Departmant Of Education in Zanjan province. In a total number of 200 distributed questionnaires, 195 questionnaires were returned. The research instrument consisted of three standard questionnairesv of knowledge management of Joseph Haddad (2006), productivity of Morgerson and Humphrey (2006), and Wang and Ahmed (2004). The validity of the questionnaire was 0.94, 0.94, 0.94, And 0.93 were calculated. Data analysis of the questionnaires was performed using the least squares method with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and increase of organizational productivity with total effect higher than 0.4. On the other hand, the innovation component with a correlation coefficient of 0.712 has an acceptable intermediate role in increasing productivity of the General Departmant Of Education Zanjan Province.
