Abstract :
Social historical studies are a new chapter in the study of the lives of the ancients. Among them, it is one of the governance components of administrative organizations and guilds that governments need to organize, order and facilitate their communication with the people so that, in addition to the strength of the government, they can manage the economy and people's livelihood. The circulation of the society's economy requires organizations, which require the acquisition of capital, production, income and expenses; But different groups have tried to be successful in this organization. Along with others in the Sham region, Shiites have participated in the advancement of the economic affairs of the society under the shadow of administrative and trade unions. This article is based on the descriptive-analytical approach and based on the available sources in response to the question, what role did the Shiites have in the administrative organizations and guilds? As a result, Shiites had a good position in the society of that era with knowledge and skills in administrative positions, especially niqabt and authority, and they played a great role in trade in the region by having free jobs.
