The Application of New Paradigm of Non-Attendance Services in Social Security Organization with an Emphasis on Organizational Strategic Renewal Concept

Abstract :
The current research is developmental in terms of its purpose; In terms of approach, it has been done qualitatively and based on metacomposition. Based on this, the statistical population of the research includes a collection of articles that have been published from 2020 to 2023 with the subject of electronic services and organizational modernization. The authors selected 62 articles from 274 articles by searching among prominent domestic and foreign scientific databases, and after analyzing their content, categories and concepts were extracted and their prioritization was done using the Shannon entropy method. The findings of the research showed 38 concepts in the form of 8 categories, which the authors classified into three categories intra-organizational, extra-organizational and environmental factors. The categories of collaborative management and leadership, internal and external stakeholders, environmental conditions and regulations, environmental uncertainty, networking and establishing strategic communication, targeted organizational culture, organization and management of organizational structure and dynamic capabilities, were the most important factors, respectively. Due to its entrepreneurial nature, strategic renewal has had a significant impact on the development policies and the provision of optimal services of the Social Security Organization, and it brings an increase in the responsibility of this organization.
