Abstract :

The aim of the research is to study the mediation role of green human resource development strategies in the relationship between green human resource management and employee empowerment with an environmental approach in the Islamic Azad Universities of Kerman province. In terms of the nature and method of this research, it is a descriptive research of the correlation type and from the point of view of the applied goal. The statistical population includes the employees of the Islamic Azad Universities of Kerman province, numbering 747 people. To determine the sample size, 256 people were selected using Cochran's formula. To collect information, three questionnaires of green strategies for human resource development, green human resource management and employee empowerment with an environmental approach were used with appropriate validity and reliability. SPSS software and Pearson regression test were used for data analysis. The findings showed that green human resource development strategies play a mediating role in the relationship between green human resource management and employee empowerment with an environmental approach in Islamic Azad Universities of Kerman province. And finally, suggestions have been made.
