Abstract :
The aim of this research was to design and validate a transformation model with an environmental responsiveness approach in Shiraz education. This research was conducted with a developmental approach and a mixed method. In the qualitative part, content analysis and semi-structured interviews with 26 managers and teachers of Shiraz education were used. Samples were selected purposively and based on theoretical saturation. In order to validate the data, participant review and non-participating expert review were used. The results of this stage showed that the transformation model includes four main dimensions: strategic human resource management, quality assurance of the teaching-learning process, digital transformation, and organizational transformation, which includes a total of 25 indicators. Based on the results of the qualitative part, a quantitative data collection tool was designed and distributed among 250 teachers in Shiraz education. In the quantitative part, the research was conducted using a descriptive-correlational method and the data were examined using Smart PLS software and confirmatory factor analysis. The validity of the model was confirmed in terms of structural relationships and measurement indicators. The findings showed that paying attention to the four dimensions of the transformation model can help the education system adapt to environmental changes and respond to social and educational needs. Strategic human resource management improves employee competencies and performance, quality assurance in the teaching-learning process improves educational outcomes, digital transformation facilitates the optimal use of technology, and organizational transformation strengthens management structures and increases flexibility. The results of this study showed that the proposed model can be used as a practical model for developing strategic plans and improving organizational performance in Shiraz education.
