Presenting a prospective leadership model in the education organization

Abstract :
Introduction: Leading the education organization in today's time is a unique challenge which requires foresight and effective leadership in this field, with the understanding of this importance, the aim of the research was to present a model of forward-looking leadership in the education organization, based on a qualitative approach.
research methodology: the foundation's data method was used. The participants of the qualitative part included professors and managers of higher education levels in Kermanshah, who were selected as key informants through the purposeful sampling method of 10 people, the estimation of the desired sample size was done based on theoretical data saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were calculated from the two methods of review by participants and recoding by experts. The data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding.
Findings: the findings showed that the main and core categories in the form The six dimensions of causal conditions including (structural conditions, cultural conditions, organizational processes, individual motivations and personality traits), central phenomenon (strategic management, organization analysis and diagnosis, problem solving, change and innovation management, characteristics, skills and behaviors), background conditions (development of curriculum, redefining values, development of learning communities, focus on organization members),intervening conditions (government support, environmental changes, technology,social communication networks), strategies (reforming the management structure of the education system, Amendment of laws and regulations and foundation and institutionalization of future research) and consequences (improvement of performance and consolidation of the role of the education system) were upgraded to higher abstract level.
Conclusion: because of the organizational complexity of this organization, its multiple goals and traditional values, its forward-looking leadership provides the possibility of drawing and planning to reach the desired future, through which it is possible to respond to the new needs of society.
