Abstract :
Abstract
Title: The main purpose of this study was to design a model to improve the quality of technical and vocational education. In this research, a qualitative research method based on the data theory (systemic) approach was used.
Methods: In this study, the statistical population included all university professors with faculty degrees with university degrees related to the present study and senior managers working in technical and professional centers of Fars province. In order to sample the available and targeted method, 21 people were selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and the validity and reliability of the data were obtained through two methods of reviewing participants and reviewing experts.
Results : Based on the results, the model has input conditions (professional competencies of coaches, organizational factors, educational factors, quality monitoring in education), processes (macro-self-employment, policy, information technology, educational planning, international factors, individual factors Outputs (economic dynamism, efficiency, effectiveness, manpower productivity, improvement of methods and systems).
Conclusion : According to this model, in each quality model, systematic processes that are set in three levels of input, process, and output should be examined, all components of a system and its continuous monitoring to increase productivity and reduce disadvantages.
