Abstract :
Introduction and purpose: Training and improvement of employees is a strategic action that at the individual level causes the value and satisfaction of the individual and at the organizational level, it causes the improvement and development of the organization. The aim of the current research was to design a training model and improve human resources based on the Tutado model.
Research methodology: The current research was applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of method with the approach of foundational data theory. The participants in the research were 18 managers and experts of Aindeh Bank in 1402, who were selected using the criteria-based purposeful sampling method. The research tool was a semi-structured interview with a theoretical saturation approach. The findings were coded and analyzed using ATLASTI software. Validation of the findings was done based on the methods of triangulation, researcher's position and exploration by the participants.
Findings: The findings of the research were identified in five categories of causal, contextual, intervening, strategy, and consequences in four individual, group, organizational, and social categories separately in 6 categories, 17 core codes were identified based on 174 open codes. This model has identified one of the most comprehensive methods of training and improving human resources.
Discussion and conclusion: The results showed that by trusting the Totado model and successfully implementing training and improvement based on this model, organizations can experience a significant improvement in the performance, productivity, and satisfaction of their employees. This model of human resource management helps organizations to achieve sustainable improvement and increase their capabilities with environmental challenges and changes.
