Abstract :
The present research was conducted with the aim of designing a curriculum model for the leadership development of secondary school principals based on the problem-solving approach. In terms of the method, it is a qualitative study of the research synthesis and grounded theory type. 102 remained studies and articles were selected using NVIVO software. The results showed that in the proposed model, the main components are placed in the center of teaching-learning activities with the themes of the organization of the workplace, the structure of the workplace, the educational thinking of the workplace as well as learning the training of the workplace. All the executive factors are based on the principles, the rules and the assumptions have been specified. This model is designed in a non-linear way. Also, this model has addressed all individual and organizational dimensions. In addition, it has identified effective and evaluative components.And in addition to the common features, it pays attention to the differences caused by the work environment, culture, urban and individual differences of managers and has the necessary flexibility.
