Identifying the Dimensions and Components of Empowering Managers Model in Education in Fars province ( with an Emphasis on Qualitative Approach)

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to identify the dimensions and components of the model of empowering managers in education
this research, a qualitative method of thematic analysis was used. In the library section, upstream documents and education documents were examined, focusing on the dimensions and components of empowering managers. The selection of people was done by purposeful sampling and criteria-based technique with at least 10 years of teaching, research and management experience in different academic courses. data collection tools; It included two parts of semi-structured interviews in the field department and the review and exploration of 15 upper-level documents and documents and key documents of education in the library department. Found. In order to analyze the qualitative data obtained from the interview, the interpretive analysis approach and the theme analysis method were used to obtain a network of themes. The chosen framework was descriptive-oriented in order to shred the text and initial coding. In the next stage, by abstracting categories, words were selected based on theories and researches, and organizing themes and comprehensive themes were formed. Also, the research findings were aligned with the theoretical framework and previous researches by resorting to corroborating evidence and their convergence was confirmed. Then, the empowerment model of Fars education managers was proposed.
The proposed model for empowering education managers consists of 5 overarching themes, 10 organizing themes and 37 basic themes. The overarching themes of this research are: 1) individual dimension 2) organizational dimension 3) communication dimension 4) functional dimension 5) evaluation dimension
Empowerment as a process requires the commitment of managers of organizational levels and levels, especially in educational systems, the process of creating an empowering educational environment depends on paying attention to individual, organizational, communication dimensions, system performance and evaluation. Therefore, the important dimensions and components of empowerment in this research are: 1) individual dimension with two components; psychological characteristics and professional skills 2) organizational dimension with two components; learning and management characteristics 3) communication dimension with two components; transparent communication and participation 4) functional dimension with two components; Organizational culture and feedback-based control 5) evaluation dimension with two components
