Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of this study is to assess the tendency to accept management information systems and its impact on the organizational transformation of employees of the education department of Maragheh city. The model in this research is related to organizational transformation, John Gutter and Peter Drucker's model. For this purpose, the organizational transformation questionnaire based on the John Gutter and Peter Drucker model in eight different fields, in terms of creating a sense of urgency and urgency, creating a coalitions guide, developing a vision and strategy, transferring the perspective of transformation to others, empowering employees to carry out actions Inclusive, creating short-term victories, summing up victories and creating more transformation, and institutionalizing new perspectives on culture and the willingness to accept information management systems in five dimensions: the relevance of information, the accuracy of information provided, the accuracy of provided information, The safety of information provided and the amount and type of information defined and in In this way, two main hypotheses and five sub-hypotheses are set. To test the hypotheses, the management information system questionnaire (18 items) and organizational transformation questionnaire (42 items) were evaluated based on the validity and reliability of the sample of 41 managers selected from the education staff of Maragheh city. given. After collecting the information, the obtained information was classified and classified and Kolmogorov Smirnov, R Pireson and regression tests were used to analyze the collected data. The results of hypothesis testing indicate the impact of management information systems and each dimension (relevance of information, accuracy of provided information, accuracy of provided information, provided information safety, amount and type of information) on the organizational transformation of the staff of the education department and Breeding is the city of Maragheh Also, the average of acceptance of management information systems in the staff of the Education Department of the city is lower than the average.
