Abstract :
This study was aimed identify resources and effective equipment in the ranking and evaluation of the performance of the elementary schools section in Kurdistan province. Mixed research methods have been used in this study. There were four statistical society community, Community resources and content, teachers, administrators, and experts in the primary section. It was known the components and dimensions based on the resources and content related to the subject and later was editing markers based on the results it. Measuring tools was carried out on a sample of 350 people from teacher, administers and and experts in the primary section. The results showed that Four-component educational facilities, the quality of the school buildings, financial resources and health and safety are effective in the evaluation and ranking of school performance.
