Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of the relationship between the poisonous leadership style of school managers and the organizational silence of male teachers in primary schools of Takestan city. The research method was applied in terms of objective and descriptive survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population in the current research included 105 male primary school teachers in Takestan city, which were studied using the full number method. The research tool was Zohr Agin's standard leadership questionnaire (Schmidt, 2008) and organizational silence questionnaire by (Vakula and Borados in 2005). To determine the validity of the questionnaire, content and construct validity were used, and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated with using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.812). The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the poisonous leadership style of school principals and the organizational silence of male teachers at the 99% confidence level. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the poisonous leadership style of school principals and all dimensions of organizational silence
