Abstract :
Abstract: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the components of cultural intelligence and the social capital of primary school principals in Qom province. The statistical population of the research includes the elementary principals of Qom province (650). The sample size was 150 people selected by simple random method through GPower software. Two standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The reliability of cultural intelligence and social capital questionnaires based on Cronbach's alpha was 0.782 and 0.882 respectively.The findings showed that by using the simultaneous regression analysis method, a significant model was obtained (adjusted R square = 0.731 and P < 0.001 and F = 19.170), this model justifies 73.1% of the variance. Finally, no significant relationship was found between the cognitive component of cultural intelligence and the social capital of primary school principals, but there was a positive and significant relationship between the motivational component, the behavioral component and the metacognitive component of cultural intelligence and the social capital of primary school principals.
