Identifying the Role of Knowledge Management in Empowerment from the Employees' Points of View

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to identify the role of knowledge management in empowerment from the employees' points of view. The population of the research consisted of all employees of vice presidency of research & Technology (Central Organization) in Islamic Azad University. Due to the limited number of subjects, the census method was used. The research method was descriptive & survey. The tools of the research were questionnaires: standardized questionnaires for knowledge management (Lawson) and empowerment (Mishra Asprytzr). The results showed that knowledge management affects the empowerment from the employees' points of view.
