The Relationship between Knowledge Management and Employees’ Empowerment (A Case Study of Secondary School Principals in the Kermanshah Province)

Abstract :
Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to find important information, select, organize and spread it. It is an essential expertise for activities such as problem solving, dynamic learning and decision making. A range of organizational knowledge management performance improves by enabling companies to increase their performance. But this is not enough, because it can be used for knowledge management needs employees who are committed to their organization and profession (Whigs, 2002). Regarding the importance of knowledge management, this study investigated the relationship between this factor and the capabilities of secondary school principals in Kermanshah province. This study design and method was field survey and descriptive. Total population was about 103 people. The sample was selected randomly. The total number of collected questionnaires was 60. To analyze the obtained data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of normality of the data was obtained. Test results confirmed the data normality, Spearman correlation test also showed a positive and significant relationship between the variables.
