The research population included all male teachers at Tehran high schools. In order to carry out the study, 175 teachers were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Data collection tool was a job skill questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (frequency, percentage frequency and chi-square). The results showed that there was a significant difference between teachers who participated and those did not participate in all ICT in- service courses regarding ICT-based job skills (design, implementation, research). But there was not a significant difference on ICT-based assessment skills between the two groups. So, participating in ICT in-service courses may enhance teachers' job skills (design, presentation and research).
