The diagnostic relationship and explanation power between individual, educational variables and educational achievement among student university of Azad chalus and providing a model to predict educational achievement

Abstract :
Current study investigated a relationship between individual, educational variables and educational achievement among student university of Azad chalus and providing a model to predict educational achievement. Emotional intelligence, self regulation learning were and considered as individual variables and classroom goal structure was considered as educational variables in which had been influenced on educational achievement. A sample of student university of Azad chalus was selected. 360 students were chosen by categorical sampling. Data and factors were gathered by Sibrya Shering cyber emotional intelligence scale (1995), Pintrig and Digrout self regulation strategy (1990) and migdeli classroom goal structure (2000). We analyzed the data through multi Dimensional regression and path analysis self regulation learning (students learn spontaneously) had the main role in achievement. Considering direct and indirect effects of variables and factors in path model suggested that skill aim structure was the best way for reaching educational achievement, for it had influences on educational, behavioral, emotional scope. The results showed that emotional intelligence affected on the variables related to educational achievement. So with the evidence, it is necessary to pay attention to the student personality aspect in which affects on educational achievement.
