Investigating nervous pressures resulted from working and it’s effect on decreasing organizational productivity

Abstract :
Stress is a physical or emotional depression which is created sue to the real or imaginative problems and some times cause a lot of damage to the person and organization . It also refers to the people’s reaction against the environment features, considered us a threat . The goal of this research is to investigate the relationship between the effects of nervous pressures resulted from working (job stress ) on decreasing organizational productivity in fars province cross red . The method of research in this article is descriptive- measurement a branch of field research . Statistical population in this research contains all the managers in three levels including top, middle and practical level and also the employees in cross red of the Fars province which include 463 persons and cities like Firuzabad , Lamerd , Shiraz , Fasa ,Neyriz , Jahrom , Grash , Khonj , Lar . Evaz , Darab and Kazerun . and 106 Samples were choused by using sampling random ally , and questionnaires were distributed a mong them from which 94 questionnaire were sent bach . The questionnaire includes 30 questions which were arranged based on the research hypothesis by the tesearchers . For Reliability measurement of the questionnaire content Reliability was used and for accounting creditable coefficient of the measurement devices a – Corn bach method was used statistical processing of the data was done by the spss and MINTAB Softwares . The findings of the research in relation with the main hypthesis of of the research showed that the employees in the red cross of the Fars productivity but they believe that there is a background for getting productivity but they believe that there is a background for getting harm in their work plave and this is one of the factors which cause reduction in their organizational productivity and in relation with the first secondary hypothesis we can also corn Bach that the more important the job the less stress for employees . The conclusions in relation with the second secondary hypothesis show that the high amount of work results in more stress for employees . In relation with the third secondary hypothesis the findings of the research confirmed this hypothesis and showed that the more aggression in the role the more stress but the finding of the research didn’t confirm the forth hypothesis therefore the contrast in the employees personal relation with other coworkers and managers doesn’t resulat in creating stress .
