Recognition and Measurement of the Components Psychological Empowerment at Work place and Causal Relationship with Organizational Culture

Abstract :
Empowerment is a concept that applies to improvement of organization utilization method of its people. This is an idea that rooted in older theories and strategies of organization. Today, by consideration to competitiveness and complex environment of organization arena, organizations are wrested to having empowered human resources in skill and psychological dimensions, among it, organizational culture is one of effective factors on empowerment. The main purpose of the present research is an investigation and verification of relationship between organizational culture andpsychological empowerment. Statistical population of present study includes 113 persons of Training and Education Employees of Mazandaran Province and its equal sample includes 102 employees. Data is collected by using questionnaires, and analyzed by SPSS and LISREL. Results show that there is positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and psychological empowerment. Also there is a same relationship between dimensions of organizational culture and psychological empowerment.
