Abstract :
Given the nascent and the importance of descriptive evaluation in the country and its pilot implementation in the first grade of elementary school to sixth, The present study aimed to investigate the role of descriptive evaluation on anxiety, increase self-confidence and learning in primary school children of primary school teachers approach Damavand is done. In this way and in order to test hypotheses have applied descriptive research method - has been used. For this purpose, the researcher made questionnaire with 24 items, of which three (self-esteem, anxiety, meaningful learning) measures the elementary school students And has the reliability vary from 850 to between 186 elementary school teachers (120 female teachers and 26 male teachers) that simple stratified random sampling method from among the total number of male and female teachers in primary schools in the city of Damavand estimated 354 people had been recruited, distributed the research was carried out. At the end of the research study, it was concluded that, from the perspective of primary school teachers in the city of Damavand descriptive evaluation reduce anxiety, increase self-confidence and learning in primary school has a significant impact. Teacher's gender on their perception about the role of descriptive evaluation in meaningful learning increasing, decreasing anxiety and increasing confidence elementary students have no effect.
