The study of Tehran high school managers' performance on the base' of managers' empowerment components

Abstract :
This article has been written according to the research has been done to determine the main components and dimensions of educational managers' empowerment from Tehran high schools managers' point of view and to set the amount of educational managers' performance in the current situation in terms of their sex, management background and schooling document. The statistics population was all the managers serving in Tehran high schools conclude 1261 people in 1387-88. The sampling chosen about 297 people according to Kerjsy & Morgan's sample defer mining table by simple random & stratified sampling method. To prepare the researcher made questionnaire, the research literature & previous researches have been studied deeply, and after expert judgment by expert (10 people), 40 sub components extracted, and its vality confirmed, and its reliability was confirmed by koronback coefficient test by 0/856 which shows hig reliability. The collected data, analyzed by descriptive estatic as frequency distribution table, percent frequency, mean, mode, standard diviation, varience, …. and deferential statistic such as one sample T-test, independent, T-test, A nova and way analysis test. The results showed that managers empowerment components are organizational structure, organizational climate, management individual traits, management skills. Among the mentioned components, the management skills has got the most effect and organizational structure the less impact on managers' empowerment. There is meaning ful difference between the performance of managers of batter of art and master of art degree with degrees less them. The managers performance with more than 10 years back-ground is more than those who have 3-6 years back ground and the managers' sex have no impact on their performance mean.
