The questionnaire based on Likert spectrum was used in order to collect information. Structural equations’ modeling was used to analyze research data with Smart-PLS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social capital; thus, the more the emotional intelligence of the personnel increases, the more the social capital of the organization increases.
