Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to study the dimensions and components of intellectual capital among young researchers in Islamic Azad University, Zone 12 in 3 structural, relational, humanistic dimensions. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1122 members. The research sample included 284 subjects chosen using simple random sampling, and Morgan chart. The research tool was Standard Questionnaire of Bontis with 51 questions. After examining the indexes of validity and reliability the questionnaire was administered to all research subjects.Tthe collected data were analyzed by using SPSS software then. The results of the study indicated that among the young researchers, structural capital and human capital are in the first and the third place respectively.
