Evaluation of Effective Factors of Teachers Work Ethics in Three Levels of Educational System in order to Present a Model

Abstract :
The present research has been carried out to represent a model to evaluate effective factors of teachers work ethics. The research method was descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population were all of the teachers in three levels of educational system in East Azarbaijan Province. The subjects of the study (sample) consisted of 400 teachers who were selected through stratified random method from 10 educational zones. The research data were collected through administering three questionnaires. The first questionnaire (OWEI) is a standard tool, and its face and content validity have been verified. But the second and third questionnaires researcher-made; therefore their face, content validity were verified by experts and their reliability was checked by chronbakh’s Alpha method (0/95). Statistical analysis utilized for data analysis included: descriptive methods, Pearson correlation, independent T-test, variance analysis, factor analysis, freedman-test. The finding introduced 4 factors which are effective in teachers’ work ethics: 1) individual factors 2) social factors 3) managerial-organizational factors 4) value-belief factors. Finally, the researcher designed a model which made of 5 sections, and its conformity degree was evaluated by educational experts’ viewpoints which was 80 %.
