Abstract :

Purpose this article seeks to identify the role of educational management in the development of creative and critical thinking high school students in Tehran in the 2013-2014 academic year is. Methods A quantitative survey was done that. This research analyzes the data, is the cross sectional descriptive study. To measure the variables of semi-structured questionnaires and letters were collected questions. exploratory) were analyzed.Results According to the assumptions of factor analysis, equity questions, the percentage of variance explained by each factor, number 5 of the 31 items were identified as follows, that managers can through the development of creative and critical thinking students work are: (1) teaching students critical thinking and creativity, critical and creative teaching methods, teacher training, 2-, 3- motivation in students' critical and creative environment at school for 4- and 5- good human relationships in the school environment. Conclusion the results of the present study is that it opens the door to be managers, expert teachers and students is to promote creativity and critical thinking.
