Abstract :
Aims: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and mental health and organizational citizenship behavior province's Department of Education.
Instruments&Methods: This descriptive and correlational. The population of all the employees of the Department of Education of the province to 334 people who have worked in the academic year 94-93. According to the Morgan sample size of 181 patients who were randomly selected stratified according to sex. To collect the data, the library and field study questionnaire was used. Questionnaire data collection tools Ethics Kersten et al. (2011), health Rvany (GHO-28) and Podsakoff (2000).
Findings: With the increase in mental health, the professional ethics in their rise and vice versa. By increasing organizational citizenship behavior, the professional ethics of the people will rise and vice versa. Between the average scores of professional ethics, mental health and organizational citizenship behavior of employees with different gender and qualifications, there is no significant difference. In general the professional ethics of mental health and organizational citizenship behavior Department of Education province there is a significant relationship.
Conclusion: The development of professional ethics, organizational citizenship behavior and mental health of employees, affects different aspects of total quality management data and is used as a strong support for quality management. Finally, according to the variables studied, leads to increased productivity and development of the educational system.
