Proposing a Model for Studying Relationship between Job devotion, Job Success, Perfectionism with Perceived Educational Ethic Based on Mediation of Job Motivation

Abstract :
The main purpose of this research was to study was the relationship between job devotion, job success, perfectionism with perceived educational ethic based on mediation of job motivation. For choosing the sample, the two-step cluster random sampling was employed. The statistical sample was selected from all of the university students in Zone 5 which consisted of 100 subjects. The research tools were five questionnaires: the researcher-made questionnaires of job devotion, α==0.87; job success, α= 0.91; perfectionism, α=0.86; developing educational ethics, α=0.89, and job motivation, α=0.95. For data analysis, the study employed Pearson correlation coefficient and Structural Equations Modeling. The results indicated that there was significant and direct effect between job devotion, job success, and perfectionism with perceived educational Ethic. Also, job success had a direct effect on affective domain (0.45), In addition, job success had a direct effect on mental domain (0.39), as well as material Perfectionism(0.34). According to the findings, GFI index equaled 0.96; AGFI index equaled 0.94, and; x2 = 567.930 which indicate the fitness of the model.
