The current study was aimed at investigating the relationship between physical environment with learning and happiness of pre-service teachers in Farhangian University. The research method was survey type as well as correlational. The population under study was consisted of all 625 male students in Farhangian University, Tehran branch. Using sampling, a number of 238 students were selected as the research sample of the study. Two questionnaires of physical environment and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire were used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts in the field. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach’s alpha. It showed that the reliability of physical environment was 0.89 and the reliability of Happiness was 0.91. To analysis the data, the researcher used descriptive method of investigation as well as inferential methods (such as regression, Pearson correlation coefficient). The results of the study showed that there was a positive significant relationship between physical environment and its components- Temperature and ventilation, light intensity, chairs arrangement, Green College, audiovisual equipment- and learning and Happiness. The results of step-wise regression also proved that three of physical environment components- Green College, audiovisual equipment, chairs arrangement, - were the best predicators of learning. The results of step-wise regression also proved that four of physical environment components- Green College, Temperature and ventilation, audiovisual equipment, light intensity, - were the best predicator of happiness in the Tehran Farhangian University.
