The Effect of Application of Knowledge Management on Strategic Managers' Learning in Knowledge-Based Organizations (A Case Study: University of Shahid Beheshti)

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the application of knowledge management on strategic managers' learning in knowledge-based organizations, in the University of Shahid Beheshti in the academic year of 2103-2014. The population of the study included 400 participants in Shahid Beheshti University who were considered the strategic managers out of which 196 were selected randomly as the research sample. The instrument was the standard questionnaire of Sharon Knowledge Management and Lawson as well as the standard questionnaire of learning developed by Watkins and Martik (individual, collective and organizational). The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that: 1) Shahid Beheshti university professors and strategic management KM can be greatly effective in their learning levels; 2) From the viewpoint of Shahid Beheshti university professors and strategic managers, using knowledge to a large extent can be effective in their learning levels; 3) From the viewpoints of strategic managers and students of Shahid Beheshti University the application of KM does not affect their learning level; 4) From the viewpoints of strategic teaching and official staff of Shahid Beheshti University the application of Knowledge does not affect their learning level; 5 From the viewpoints of strategic managers and teaching staff of Shahid Beheshti University, the application knowledge transfer can be greatly effective in thelearning levels and ; 6) From the viewpoints of strategic managers and teaching staff of Shahid Beheshti University, the application of Knowledge record can greatly improve learning levels.
