Abstract :
Management in Humanities has a close relationship with culture in such a way that if you think of it for awhile you can notice the role of culture in every aspect of management. Therefore, different cultures require different types of management. Japanese management, Korean management, American managements, … are instances that have been formed based on the special features of those special cultures. On the other hand, some of our holy leaders have had the opportunity to rule and manage their societies in their own era. It is evident that the Muslim leaders have had special methods of management that can be applied by the contemporary leaders. In addition, referring to religious sources can be a profitable way of extracting management instructions and interpretations. The given instructions provide the managers with dos and don’ts of managements. The managers can acquire these instructions and apply them in their performance. The present management does not suffice because it is mixed with western culture; so, it can not satisfy the management needs of Islamic countries. On the other side, each Muslim should follow God’s orders and behave in a way that is in harmony with the holy leaders and Imams. In this paper, the author attempts to present the management models offered in Quran and Islam.
