Abstract :
This study discussed the Designing and validation a local pattern for promoting of Organizational Commitment of staff at the "Farhangyan" University of Tehran. This research was an applied study of the purpose and methodologically as qualitative methods. After analyzing the data, 45 components of concept codes were obtained and then classified at 6 dimensions including, Organizational, motivational, managerial, individual, educational and investment.This study discussed the Designing and validation a local pattern for promoting of Organizational Commitment of staff at the "Farhangyan" University of Tehran.
