The conceptual model of educational leadership studies from the perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA)

Abstract :
Reforming educational organizations through improving the leadership quality of educational managers is the most practical option to make a significant difference in educational organizations. In this regard, the educational leadership of Hazrat Imam Khomeini (RA) can be a guide for the leadership of educational organizations. Studies show that educational administrators need significant development in all areas of educational leadership. The present research aims to identify the components of an educational leader in the collection of speeches of Imam Khomeini (RA). The statistical population of this research is the collection of his speeches (Sahifeh Imam) which, due to the limitations of the research and specific research criteria, only the speeches that had a management aspect; The samples are examined. The research method used in this research is content analysis and thematic analysis unit. During this research, three components of the educational leader's behavior (leader's behavior in continuous empowerment of employees, leader's behavior in continuous improvement of processes, leader's behavior in human relations) and three components of the educational leader's attitude (sincerity, the spirit of administrative responsibility, the spirit of service) were investigated and Extracted. The researcher made a questionnaire as a research tool. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by 30 experts using Cronbach's alpha test for the behavior component equal to 81% and for the attitude component 85%. The research findings identified and confirmed 29 sub-components for the conceptual model of the educational leader by using spss software and interviewing 30 experts.
