Identifying Indicators of Educational Leadership in the Teaching-Learning Process

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to explain and elaborate a model for the competence of school principals as the learning leaders. The research approach is a descriptive-cross section. In the qualitative section, thematic analysis was used and in the quantitative part a confirmatory factor analysis was used. The statistical section of the qualitative section includes all valid scientific databases in the period of 2000-2018 in the field of educational competence. In the qualitative section, the components of know-ability were identified. In the domain of know-ability, two pre-organizers teaching-learning and organizational learning, as well as eight themes were validated. In the quantitative part of the statistical society, among the school principals in the province of Kermanshah, 120 participants were selected as sample based on simple random sampling method. As a result, a conceptual model was extracted and a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared by the managers who had high validity and reliability in the field of knowledge. Data were analyzed by Smart-pls software. Based on the results of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model has a good fit and the reliability coefficient based on Cronbach's alpha showed an acceptable value of 0.95.
