Abstract :
AbstractThis study examines the mediating role of Intellectual Capital, Innovation and organization's strategies in relations between Knowledge Sharing and organizational performance. Method of the study descriptive, and research design were correlational structural equation. The research population comprised employees of the Fars Education office. The Sample size was calculated 107, using convenience sampling, were participated in research. Questionnaire reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha and its validity was measured by Content Validity. SEM technique was used to test the research hypotheses.The results showed that Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on the Intellectual Capital, Innovation and organization's strategies. The impact of Intellectual Capital, Innovation and organization's strategies on the organizational performance was significant. Also, Knowledge Sharing had a significant effect on the organizational performance. In total, the results were approved the mediating role of Intellectual Capital, Innovation and organization's strategies in relations between Knowledge Sharing and organizational performance, was significant.Key words: Intellectual Capital, Innovation, organization's strategies, Knowledge Sharing, organizational performance, Education employees
