Abstract :

AbstractToday, it's clear that Iran's IT management environment is under the influence of the ever-changing technology and competitive environment. The burden placed on organizations has made it more compelling to compete, especially with regard to the merits of managers. Senior managers can make or break the organization through decisions that they make. Technology managers need different skills. The purpose of this research is to develop leadership in a systematic approach to technology management. In this research, six levels of management in organizations and their relationship with technology management have been investigated. The results of the research have shown that the effects of studies have been carried out at low organizational levels and functional level. The results also show that, in general terms, the challenges and expectations of technology leaders in performance levels are different. The amount of research done is changing significantly and studies on technology management are a way to achieve functional ideal.
