Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to present a model for identifying the indicators and components of improving the performance of human resources in education. The main method of this study was survey method. Data was collected using questionnaire and analyzed using Lisrel software for different statistics. The statistical population of the study consisted of all primary school teachers in Ray city. Among them, 173 people were selected as sample using random sampling method. Different factors were identified through exploratory factor analysis on the collected data, and then finalized based on Khanifar’s triple model. The findings of the study indicated that the "performance gap" in three dimensions of leadership style, work environment and manpower management can be explained. Based on the findings, three components of context, content, structure were identified and according to the importance of education in the system of improving human resource performance, another dimension entitled educational content was added to the triple model. The model was examined following confirmatory factor analysis. Thus, while developing the final model for improvement of human resource performance in education, the degree of fit of the proposed model was specified and its fit with a strong value of 0.6 was confirmed.
