Abstract :
Organizations in today's societies play an important role in the growth of societies and humanity; therefore, achieving to the goals of organizations effectively and efficiencly is always considered as a necessity for the well-being of individuals and the whole society; in this way, staff have some sort of basic responsibilities to Achieve organizational goals. Indeed, in a competitive and rapidly changing world, the success of organizations depends on employee performance and attitudes. In fact, political behaviors in organizations are an integral part of employees and organizations cannot be studied independently of their political behavior. Therefore, there is no possibility of eliminating such behaviors in the organization, but the extent of their prevalence and the impact of such behaviors in the organization should be identified and managed appropriately. This article reviews and evaluates political behaviors including political behaviors )Insurency, Power-bulding , Alliance, Empire-building , Expertise, Lording, Rival , Rival-camps, Change, Whistle-blowing, Young turks( political tactics) Ingratiating, Networking, Information management, Impression management, Coalition building, Scapegoating( power games (Exite, Voice, Loyalty) and tries to provide insights on how to manage and control them.
