Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the causal relationship between knowledge management and effective factors. The research methodology was applied- fundamental in terms of the purpose and was quantitative in terms of data type and was non-experimental- correlation according to the data collection method or the nature and method of the research. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers of department of education in Hormozgan province and school administrators in 2018 that 642 people were selected as sample size using Cochran formula. The sampling method has been multi- stages. Data collection was performed using a research- made questionnaire adapted from Hoseini et al. formal validity, content and strvcture were used to measure validity. To assess reliability in the quantitative part, cronbach ,s alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used. They were approved. Data analysis was performed in two parts: descriptive (mean, standard deviation, skidding and elongation) and inferential (tests such as pearson correlation, modeling of structural equation, confirmatory factor analysis). The results of data analysis showed that the components affecting management of knowledge include human resources (0.93), organizational strategies (0.99), powerful management (0.44), knowledge culture (94.4), information technology (49.2), evaluation (0.44), organizational support (0.41), organizational process (0.44) which according to research findings had a significant effect on knowledge management.
