Prognosis of professional qualifications based on the hard work and self-discipline of employees

Abstract :

the aim of this study was to Prognosis of professional qualifications based on the hard work and self-discipline of employees. The research method according to purpose was Practical, The method of data collection was Descriptive correlational, as well as the type of data was quantitative. The statistical population of this research was all Employees of Sazeh Gostar Saipa Industrial Company in 1396. Using Stage cluster randomization method, according to Cochran formula, 309 people were selected as the sample size. To collect data, we use the Bourich Professional Competency Questionnaire (2015), Self-Regulating Pentrich (2016) and Hardcover Kobasa et al. (2002) questionnaire. After collecting the questionnaires, data describing was done through the mean, standard deviation, by Spss software and data Statistical Inference was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of Lisrel software. Questionnaires Technical characteristics were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant coefficients were used to examine the hypotheses. The findings showed that the degree of fit of the proposed model was appropriate to the components of the research, as well as self-regulation and hard work were a good predictor of professional competence. Self-regulation with a coefficient of 0.44 and hard work with a coefficient of 0.71 was affected by professional competence.
