Abstract :
814/5000 Due to the fact that the role of managers in different organizations and colleges, especially educational systems, is that creativity and innovation are essential and important factors of the system, because the manager can be creative and creative ability to solve issues and problems in The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and problem solving method in the education of Tehran city in order to provide an appropriate management model. The statistical population consisted of all the managers of 22 secondary schools in Tehran, which has 85 people. From this community, 304 questionnaires were answered in full. The questionnaires were selected using multi-stage random sampling. The results of the research were questionnaire and the results Linear multi-variable regression showed that there is a relationship between organizational climate and problem-solving method of managers.Litauen-Weastringer (1968) argues that the organizational climate refers to the perception of the members of the organization of the formal system, the informal mode of management, and other important environmental factors that influence perception, attitudes, values, and motivation in a particular work environment.
