Abstract :
The present study was conducted to identify the factors and factors of educational inequality in Mashhad educational districts and to provide a desirable managerial pattern that was descriptive-analytic and statistical society, 205336 students and 2019 managers. Through Morgan table 384 students and 323 managers The sample of the statistical sample was selected using a proportional stratified sampling method.
