Abstract :

The present research has investigated the mediating role of work participation in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in Shiraz Municipality. This research is descriptive-correlation in nature. The studied population was the employees working in the central municipality of Shiraz in the period of 6 months of the second year of 1401. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire that was randomly distributed among the employees of this collection and finally, 125 valid questionnaires were used to check the hypotheses of the research. The results of the data obtained from these questionnaires have been analyzed by Smart PLS software using the structural equation test. The results indicate that work participation plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.
