Abstract :

 

 The country of Iran in the geopolitical position of the West Asian region has special characteristics. One of the key provinces in Iran is Mazandaran. Mazandaran is among the developed and economically privileged provinces of the country; Because although it includes 3.4% of the country's population, nearly 8% of the country's gross domestic product is located in this province.

. In this province, the unemployment rate is lower than the national average, but still, it is one of the provinces with a higher inflation rate than the national average. Mazandaran, despite its relatively limited area due to its privileged geographical location, with 381 kilometers of coastline and suitable climate, as well as proximity to important population and activity centers of the country, is a province with a wide range of industrial, commercial development capabilities. Agriculture and tourism, However, there are challenges such as waste and products, half-finished projects, aging population. In this article, we have opened the advantages and challenges of Mazandarani ecosystem with strategic models and content analysis technique, and with the governance and winning model, we have presented suggestions including medium-term strategy and short-term solution.
