Survey on Alignment of Competitive Intelligence and Personnel’s Performance in Human Resources Development Planning

Abstract :
The Aim of this research is survey the alignment of competitive intelligence and personnel’s performance in the pharmaceutical industry in Iran. Because of extensive population, determining the required sample size, would be difficult. Therefore, by the assumption of indefinite population, Morgan sampling methods were used. 108 people were selected as statistical sample in KISH tropical pharmaceutical company. In this study, it has been used of descriptive survey method. To gather competitive intelligence information, a questionnaire was pontificated based on the literature review Elements and then, the validity and reliability were measured. The reliability of study was over %70. In this survey, descriptive statistic was used for classification and interpretation of data and to testing the assumptions, it used of Pearson Correlation Test. The results of statistical analysis show the relevance intensity between competitive intelligence and its dimensions and personnel’s performances. This result affect on the strategy as moderator variable in the research.
