Abstract :
The aim of this study to prioritize maintenance strategies using fuzzy hierarchical analysis. Selection and implementation of an optimal level of maintenance strategies based on key factors such as availability, reliability and attention to investment in this multi-criteria issues that engineers and managers face sheet. The structure of decision-making and problem-solving research-based criteria to evaluate the safety, cost, value-added and feasibility of four different strategies with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, maintenance and corrective maintenance based on the confidence in the smoke tube boilers used in the dyeing industry is. The first phase consisted of the main criteria and sub-criteria review using experts and determine the weight of primary and secondary standards. The second phase includes determining the final ranking of options using the technique of decision-making are fuzzy hierarchical analysis. The results are drawn from industry experts note that it is spinning and engineering facilities maintenance strategy based on reliability in the industry for this equipment is acceptable.
