A research on the effect of strategic thinking on organizational innovation. (case study: Qazvin Educational Headquarter)

Abstract :
The chief aim in this investigation is to survey the effect of strategic thinking and organization innovation in educational headquarter in the city of Qazvin. This search is reckoned practical investigations aimly and geodesic descriptive investigation methodically. It is also a temporal investigation according to the time of data collection.Questionnaires have also been used for gathering the data and from the reliability vantage point necessary reviews were conducted after interviewing and achieving the management facultys comments. And its validity was obtained through applying the kronbach Alfa that is more than 0.7 and finally the questionnaire was compiled. The statistical society contains all managers and assistant directors of Qazvin city educational headquarter in various fields .A number of 160 people were selected by using the Morgan table and simple random sampling method. The results of the research suggests that the strategic thinking affects the organization innovations and the five fundamental elements including Intent focused,A systems perspective,Thinking in Time,Intelligent Opportunism,Hypothesis-driven affect the organizational innovation.
